Meet Your Trainer

Hi πŸ‘‹ My name is Rachele and I'm a women's fitness and nutrition coach working with clients both in person and online. I've been doing this for over 8 years and to put it simply, I LOVE IT πŸ’ͺ

I've been fortunate enough to combine my career with my passion for fitness. I found my love for fitness when ventured into the indoor cycling world to become an instructor, working along side my career as a professional dancer. I have always understood and experienced how much of a positive impact movement can have on both your physical and mental wellbeing, and therefore this is what I hope I can enable other to feel when they move. My passion for women's fitness has expanded drastically over the past 3 years, and it's my mission to educate and support all women to understand sex differences within their training and nutrition, and to unfold the myths which have been misleading us for years. It's time to train like a woman.

I've spent countless time perfectly curating my services to offer a product specifically for what women need at every hormonal stance of life, because empowering women is what drives me 😁

Since launching SHE LIFTS 1 year ago, I have noticed that many women want to not just follow a programme, they want to learn how to lift correctly, feel supported and have accountability throughout their journey.
