This progressive programme will offer 3x strength sessions per week, and is perfect for gym or home set up with access to dumbbells and kettlebells.

Nutritional Guidance & Education
Nutrition is a big part of health and fitness, but I'm here to make it simple and bitesize. You will have your macro split calculated to ensure you are fuelling to support your training, and meet any nutritional goals you may have. More advance nutrition, such as meal plans or habit coaching, is available on request.

Expert Accountability
You will have access to in-app chat where you can ask questions and receive advice and support. You will also have access to the SHE LIFTS community group, where you can share your journey, support each other and celebrate your weekly wins!

Access to our app
Within the app, you will gain access to your weekly sessions, containing a video library for all exercises, along with the ability to record and track your progress over each training block.

Hi 👋 My name is Rachele and I'm a women's fitness and nutrition coach working with clients both in person and online. I've been doing this for over 9 years and to put it simply, I LOVE IT 💪
I've been fortunate enough to combine my career with my passion for fitness. I found my love for fitness when ventured into the indoor cycling world to become an instructor, working along side my career as a professional dancer. I have always understood and experienced how much of a positive impact movement can have on both your physical and mental wellbeing, and therefore this is what I hope I can enable other to feel when they move. My passion for women's fitness has expanded drastically over the past 4 years, and it's my mission to educate and support all women to understand how strength training can positively impact us physically, longterm, and unfold nutrition myths which have been misleading us for years. It's time to train like a woman!
